Shipping Policies
Shipping Cost:
Lithuania - Flat Fee of 3 EUR, and Free Tracked Shipping for orders over 30 EUR
Rest of the World - Flat Fee of 6EUR/6.50USD
United States/Australia - Flat fee of 7EUR/7.10 USD
Free Not Tracked Shipping for orders over 35EUR/38USD and Free Tracked Shipping for orders over 45EUR/50USD
Not Tracked Shipping - Flat fee of 3.5EUR/3.8USD or 4EUR/4.3USD, please note, that if this option is chosen, the tracking number will be provided, but there will be no updates in the postal system. If this option is chosen and a package is lost no refund can be issued.
Please note that the orders are shipped from Lithuania(Europe) and orders are usually shipped with tracked(registered) and priority shipping, unless a different option is chosen.
Shipping Policy:
My current processing time is 1-5 business days for ready to ship items. If an item is made to order(or there is a change in jewelry's length) this will be mentioned in the product description and the processing time on this will be up to 7 business days.
The shipping might take 5-25 business days, in Europe the order will be received usually within a week or a bit more, but outside Europe it might take 2 weeks or more to receive it.
Sometimes the parcel can get lost in transit in a specific country and it might take more time than usual to receive it.
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for items that go missing once shipped or if you provide the wrong address. Once the item is in the hands of the post office, sadly there is nothing I can do. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact the post office directly. Thank you for understanding. But, if you have any questions, please send me a message.

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes the recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
My brand Audra Creations is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE1607882490230. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.
